Complete the assignment at the end of Lesson 16

AUTO-SUGGESTION EXERCISE ~The instructions are simple and clear.

1. First, do it for you. Everyone wants to lose some bit of weight, so give yourself a personal goal and create your own suggestions(s). Do this exercise for yourself. That way, you will be able to notice, first-hand, its value as you see how it helps you with your goal.

Do this twice a day for the next 2 weeks and give me feedback via email – how is it helping you? What have you noticed?

2. Next, do it for volunteers. Create an Autosuggestion Exercise for volunteers so you can get more practice in. Check in later and get their feedback.

In the future, when you help a client create a short autosuggestion exercise, be sure they know to repeat it at least twice a day. It only takes up to 5 minutes at most. Get their feedback.
